Lamb House Food Pantry and Thrift Store, Camdenton MO

Food Pantry, Lamb House food pantry serves on average 600 families per month. We have served as many as 1145 families in one month during the 2020 Pandemic. We currently offer the Feeding America program, an emergency food assistance program, a Perishable emergency food assistance program. We use government guidelines to qualify people and families for our food programs. Most people will receive enough food to supplement their food supplies for about one month.

Food pantry distributions are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30-1.

Prescription assistance, We offer financial and other assistance on prescriptions. Talk to the office for more details.

Birth Certificates and Government ID’s, we can provide assistance with both of these if needed.

Sue’s Shoes program, We offer a new pair of shoes to any child in the Camdenton School district. It is coordinated through the school nurse in each building.

Brady Crises closet, We offer emergency kitchen items and linens in the case of a fire or disaster.

Utility, Water and Electrical assistance, We offer help in the case of a disconnection. Talk to the office for more details.

Propane and heat assistance, Talk to office for more details.

Vision assistance, Talk to office for more details.

Other Emergency assistance as approved.

Thrift Store hours are Monday – Friday 9:30 a.m. -1 p.m. Most of our clothing ranges from 50 cents to $3.00 with name brand and housewares a little more. Clothing vouchers are distributed on Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

Any special needs may be organized by coming in, calling, or emailing the office.

Donations may be dropped off at the front door Monday – Friday 9:30 a.m. -1 p.m. Larger amounts of donations may be coordinated by calling the office at 573-346-2168. We take a Very Limited amount of books.
